“Explore a new world of diving and witness marine life you can't see during the day!” Join the PADI Night Dive Specialty Course and learn how to dive safely and confidently at night. Night diving is a thrilling and rewarding experience. You will see the underwater world in a different light and discover creatures and behaviors that are not visible during daylight hours. However, night diving also requires special skills and techniques that differ from those used during the day. That's why it's important to get proper training before attempting a night dive. During the PADI Night Dive Specialty Course, you will learn how to plan, organize and execute night dives. You will learn about the equipment and techniques specific to night diving, such as underwater lights and signals, buoyancy control, communication, and navigation. You will also learn how to anticipate and manage potential hazards, such as low visibility, disorientation, and nocturnal marine life. The course includes a knowledge development section that you can complete online at your own pace before meeting with your instructor for three night dives. During these dives, you will practice your new skills and explore the underwater world after dark. You will observe the behavior of nocturnal creatures, such as octopuses, crabs, lobsters, and nocturnal fish. The PADI Night Dive Specialty Course is a great way to expand your diving skills, increase your confidence and enjoy a unique underwater adventure. It is also a prerequisite for other PADI courses, such as the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
